# Reviews

> [!TIP]
>
> **Admins**, **Reviewers**, **Task Reviewers** and **Members** can see Reviews. \
> **Task Reviewers** work through tasks and [Follow-ups](https://support.duna.com/follow-ups.md) but don't decide on Capabilities or finalize. See [Roles](https://support.duna.com/roles.md#reviews).

A Review opens when your policies require a person to look at a [Connection](https://support.duna.com/connections.md) before granting, preserving or removing access to your Capabilities. Anything the system can't decide on its own generates a task. You work through the tasks, decide on each Capability, and finalize the Review. Depending on your policies, a second person may need to approve the decision first with a [Sign-off](https://support.duna.com/sign-offs.md).

## Triage Reviews

Inside the [Reviews page](https://dashboard.duna.com/reviews), you can view and filter through all Reviews ready to pick up under the [Inbox tab](https://dashboard.duna.com/reviews?view=inbox). When you assign one to yourself, it appears in the [My open reviews](https://dashboard.duna.com/reviews?view=my-open-reviews) tab.

## Work through a Review

A Review walks you through steps at the top of the page: **Overview**, **Screen** (if the business or its people have screening hits to investigate), **Tasks**, and **Decide**.

### Tasks

Each task is *any* verification the system couldn't settle on its own. For example, a registry record that doesn't match, or a website to compare to the business' stated activity. Open a task, read the information it shows, and make a decision on the right side.

If something is missing or unclear, send the business a [Follow-up](https://support.duna.com/follow-ups.md) from the task. Sending [Follow-ups](https://support.duna.com/follow-ups.md) hands the Onboarding back to the business and the Review waits for their reply.

### Decide

On **Decide**, choose **Accept** or **Decline** for each Capability requested for the [Connection](https://support.duna.com/connections.md). As soon as every Capability has a decision, the Review locks: tasks and [Follow-ups](https://support.duna.com/follow-ups.md) can't be changed any more. To change something, remove a Capability decision first.

Then click **Finalize review**. If you decline every Capability, you can add a **Note to Connection**: the business receives it in the email notifying them of the outcome.

> [!NOTE]
>
> You **can** decline a [Connection](https://support.duna.com/connections.md) without finishing every task. Accepting, however, requires every task to be completed, every [Follow-up](https://support.duna.com/follow-ups.md) resolved, and every investigation closed.

A Review is only ever canceled when you terminate the [Connection](https://support.duna.com/connections.md), or by Duna support.

## FAQ

> **Can I sort and assign Reviews by priority?**
>
> Yes, once an Admin switches it on under **Settings**. Each Review can have a **Low**, **Medium** or **High** priority that you can sort and filter by to organize your work and your team's.

> **Can I look at a business again without a new Onboarding?**
>
> Yes. Open the finalized Review and click **Create new review**. This opens a fresh Review on the information you already have, and asks again for any Capability you declined. It's only possible while the [Connection](https://support.duna.com/connections.md) has no open Onboarding or Review.
